Palladium Hotel Group: Launching Ibiza’s ‘Unexpected’ with Gordon Ramsay

The Brief

LOTUS was tasked with launching Palladium Hotel Group’s latest brand, The Unexpected Hotels, to UK media – with an unexpected twist.

Our Approach

We hosted an intimate media dinner in the private dining space at the newly opened Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate. The location tied into the launch of the first Hell’s Kitchen in Europe at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. Showcasing the most iconic and celebrated dishes from Gordon Ramsay’s renowned restaurants around the globe, the unique Hell’s Kitchen experience will provide mouthwatering food, signature cocktails, and atmosphere. We tapped into this with an evening featuring signature dishes from Gordon’s Lucky Cat menu and innovative entertainment. Dinner was served with a side of tarot reading, where media were given an ‘unexpected’ insight into their futures. Securing 14 top-tier media from titles including The Times, National Geographic Traveller, The Daily Telegraph, Women’s Health and Country & Town House, the evening introduced this new concept to the UK’s leading lifestyle and travel media.
